The event was a major success with very strong impact. Khokh, the Sesame Street Egypt character entertained the children prior to the start of the meeting. Six to eight media outlets were represented. They included Al Ahram daily and Al Ahram English Weekly. Dr. Alaa and Dr Naguib both presented on behalf of TFD. The children's choir was exceptional and they sang two songs, the second was a solo and the young man had a beautiful voice. They were warmly received. There were representatives from several NGOs among the audience, as well. The event provided excellent exposure and also opened doors with both the Parliament and with the media.
